Scrap Love for PPF

Remember this Journal spread from a couple of posts ago?...
an accumulation of leftover paints from other projects...

Well...I dug into my little "scrap box" of leftover bits n pieces to continue the "recycle" process...

More Stamping (Staz-On Ink Pads)....And Gluing (UHU stick and Golden Soft Gel Matte)...
and Doodling (Sharpie Poster Paints, Inktense Watercolor Pencils, Graphite) ....

Very relaxing...no rhyme or reason to it....

So interesting to watch all the layers come together....
I could keep probably empty the scrap bin easily....

I like it so much, I don't think I can bear to write in it!  Maybe a little more doodling though...or Glitter????...oil pastels?.....
Think I'll start another spread....

  1. I do remember the leftover paints and thought it was a good idea to use them as you did. The continuation is awesome. Lots of good things going on there. It's great the way it is. Thanks. Happy PPF!

  3. Love what you did. I've just been rummaging through my stash too layering down a new painting. It's very therapeutic isn't it? But when to stop... that's the question!

  20. this is really lovely, I like seeing how the layers all work together. Something I have to work on as I hate covering up something I have done, although I know it gives it depth.

  26. I use leftovers too. I´m learning to use them in layers, as I´m still very linear. Thanks for the inspiration! :)

  27. Looks like you were having fun! I really like the result. Sometimes I don't add words, or I'll just add one significant (to me) word.
