Finally, ART

Well, I think it's another WOYWW tomorrow, And PPF Friday but I'm so off schedule, I'm not sure...
No worries...
I HAVE been working today....and yesterday...
A gift for my roomie/tour guide/pal on my recent Santa Fe trip....
Lots of layers from papers scooped up during our visit....
I think I've "aged" her a bit...
But I'm still pleased with what I captured....
My sweet friend with dreams of returning to Santa Fe...
with her very own "earthship"....
goats, chickens....
and lots of room for visitors!

I can't wait to return with her:)

    I left my earth ship in Wales,

    my art will be up later,

    this is a lovely piece and I suspect that hand took ages, beautifully proprotionate, excellent shading, hands only look right when they are not wrong, and then no one notices them - bummer.

    Theresa, she's gorgeous! The red background is fantastic, and her face is full of character and life. All the colors work so well for Santa Fe - I can understand that she wants to return there.

    WoW Theresa,gorgeous stuff - I dunno about aged her, but the look of beauty and wistfulness in her eyes is lovely. And yes, back on Tuesday, WOYWW was tomorrow. But now it's Friday, so one of us is still behind. Or forward. Who knows!

    Lovely piece. I haven't ever really been into collage but it seems like a lot of PPFer's are and looks like fun, so I might have to fool around with it sometime....if I can get some space between pet portraits! Happy PPF!
