Good idea, I love layering, too, always have *hidden* things in my work, and it's good to use everything you can find! Valerie

What grand colors you've gotten so far! I save all those little bits and pieces too but I don't know how to organize them so I can find them easily. (Would you like some junk mail? I have loads to spare! LOL!)
ReplyDeleteIntriguing so far! Looking forward to seeing more.
ReplyDeleteLovely shades.
I say leave it as is, I love the current grungy look! Or, like you said, take a copy and keep on working until you're satisfied... ^-^
ReplyDeleteEither way, awesome work!
It's a great idea using the junk mail. I've been watching for that too. I like the layers. Happy PPF!

I agree... make a copy for future art projects.
Takes me on a flight of fancy wondering what you have next in store for this canvas, although it looks great as is :)

ReplyDeleteLayers are my most favorite thing to go!! I love it better then the drawing!! Just slushing around. Great piece. Love the color!
ReplyDeleteNice! So many details to enjoy.
ReplyDeleteI'm a background junkie, but I have never made a background this rich and exotic. I could study it all day and still see more things I missed. This is truly lovely and so time consuming, I'm sure.
ReplyDeleteThis is fantastic just the way it is already! I love the colors and the layers... Beautiful!
ReplyDeleteI also think your "No Regrets" piece below is wonderful :)

ReplyDeleteHi Theresa, I like the idea of using scraps and a variety of materials to create an artwork. It adds layers of meaning literally.
