I'm going to frame this one along with the pieces from Serena's class...

  2. I just love how it turned out! Thank you so much for taking my class-it is wonderful to hear back from people and get a peek on the finished pieces. Great job on your lettering, it's both soft and well integrated into the work but it also has just a touch of 'punch' to help it pop a bit. Nicely done!!

I like that the expressiveness of the face image -it is subtle but still the focal point, love your 45 symbolism and how detailed this piece is whilst also being okay to just enjoy at a simple level and at a glance if you don't have the twenty minutes needed to take in all the detail and beauty...

    that's what the best classes are all about - coming away with new skills in your art bag...
