Pam Carriker's Art & Soul Class

Acrimboldo Style ....

I loved this class ....
Meeting Pam Carriker....
experiencing her teaching process...
Learning about Acrimboldo....

I'm going to frame this one along with the pieces from Serena's class...

And Pam blogged about the class here where you can see all the wonderful student cool how everyone's interpretations are unique!

Got to get to work on MORE "Art at the Speed of Life"......and post further class photos:)

  1. Have never heard of Acrimboldo. Love your artwork its fab. Annette x

  2. I just love how it turned out! Thank you so much for taking my class-it is wonderful to hear back from people and get a peek on the finished pieces. Great job on your lettering, it's both soft and well integrated into the work but it also has just a touch of 'punch' to help it pop a bit. Nicely done!!

  3. had to look up Acrimboldo. very interesting. Your art work turned out beautifully!

  4. I like that the expressiveness of the face image -it is subtle but still the focal point, love your 45 symbolism and how detailed this piece is whilst also being okay to just enjoy at a simple level and at a glance if you don't have the twenty minutes needed to take in all the detail and beauty...

that's what the best classes are all about - coming away with new skills in your art bag...

  5. A great picture, showing so much thought and expression! Hugs, Valerie

  6. Oh, I am so envious. If there was one live class that I could take, it would be Pam's. I love the feeling behind this--just everything!!

  7. Nice composition and I love all the texture and movement in this piece.
